This 2 hour workshop will introduce you to the practice of headstands and handstands. Suitable for all regular yoga students (with a minimum 2-3 months practice).
We will show you which muscle groups need to stretched and strengthened to help you to be able to work towards inversions and will practice lots of variations and use props to help you, whether you have never practised an inversion before or whether you are a seasoned headstander!
Not suitable for those with neck or shoulder injuries or those who suffer from high blood pressure.
